REVIEWED ANNUALLY BY THE BACP. NEXT REVIEW JULY 2026

Training in accordance with the course scheme of work; as stipulated in the Course Handbook and in accordance with both The Course Guidelines and BACP Guidelines.

A team of qualified professional counselling tutors who will deliver the course and, when appropriate a named personal tutor who will help and guide you through the course and provide you with clear written feedback on your development and course assignments.

A personal counsellor from LC&CTA's Associates or Agency list; in accordance with course requirements.

Progressing any complaint which may arise for you in accordance with LC&CTA's own policy and procedures or lack of service delivery.

Complying with the Data Protection Act 1998 in relation to your confidential details; except on reference request from employers or other organisations or institutions.

Punctuality, attendance and achievement details will also be disclosed to any third party sponsoring you, on request.
